- yumee Hi! Thanks for calling Saltbush Physio, you're speaking with Yumee. How can I help?
- Caller Uh, hi, Yumi. It's Margaret Hughes here. I've got an appointment with James on Thursday morning, but My daughter's needing me to mind the grandkids that day, so I need to move it if I can.
- yumee [chuckle] Yeah, the grandkids! Of course. Happy to help with that. Just so I can pull up the right file, could I just check your date of birth please?
- Caller Mm-hm. Yep, it's the third of June, fifty-eight.
- yumee Mm-hm. Thanks Margaret. Okay, I've got you here. You’re booked with James this Thursday at 10:15. Let's see what's open. Hmm. Right, James is fully booked for the rest of this week, I'm afraid, but he's got Monday at 3:30 or Tuesday at 9. If you'd rather stay in this week, Sarah can see you Wednesday at 2:15 or Friday at 11:40.
- Caller Mm-hm.
- yumee What would work best for you?
- Caller Oh that's a shame. [sigh] The knee's been giving me a bit of grief. Um, I'd really rather stick with James if I can.
- yumee Oh no.
- Caller Could I take the Monday one, please? Yeah, the 3:30.
- yumee Sure thing. I'll just pop that in for you now. Alright, that's all done. You're now in with James on Monday the 5th of October at 3:30 for your GP care plan consult, and I've sent the confirmation text through to you. Since it's more than 24 hours notice, there's no cancellation fee.
- Caller [mouth noise] Oh! Sorry love
- yumee Oh- no worries, go on.
- Caller Uh, is that still on my care plan? I can never remember how many I've got left.
- yumee Yeah. You're all good. Your GP referral's on file. You've used three of your five Medicare sessions this year, so this one will be number four, leaving one after that. The fee's 110, and Medicare gives you 63.40 back on the spot, so your gap's 46.60.
- Caller Uh-huh.
- yumee Just a heads-up, those five are shared across all allied health, not just physio.
- Caller Right, thanks love, that's helpful. I always lose track. [laugh]
- yumee [chuckle] No worries. It happens to everyone. You're all set for Monday arvo, and we'll pop you on James' waitlist too, just in case something earlier this week opens up.
- Caller Oh, that'd be great. Thank you.
- yumee Too easy, Margaret. Good luck with the grandkids, and we'll see you Monday.
- Caller No, that's everything. You've been wonderful. Thanks, love. Bye.
- yumee You're welcome. Bye now!

- Caller Oh, hi! It's Margaret Hughes here. I've got an appointment with James on Thursday morning, but my daughter's asked me to look after the grandkids, so, I need to shift it, please. I uh, [chuckle] I really don't wanna miss out on seeing him. He's so good with my knee.
- yumee Mm. [chuckle] Aww, Margaret. Oh, the grandkids will keep you on your toes, I'm sure. Before I go into your file, can I just check your date of birth, please?
- Caller Mm-hm. Yeah, sure, love. Third of June, fifty-eight.
- yumee Thanks, Margaret. That's all matched up. I can see your appointment with James this Thursday at 10:15. Let's see what else we can do for you.
- Caller Mm-hm.
- yumee James is booked out for the rest of this week. But his next spot is Monday at 3:30, or Tuesday at 9. If you'd prefer to be seen sooner, Sarah's available tomorrow, Wednesday at 2:15, or Friday at 11:40.

- yumee Aww, sorry.
- Caller Umm...
- yumee Yeah, he's great with knees, you're right. Well, if you'd like, I can move you to his next available on Monday the fifth at 3:30. And I'll pop you on the waitlist for anything sooner with James this week.
- Caller Mm-hm. Yeah, okay. That that sounds good, love. Monday at 3:30. And yeah, please put me on the waitlist if anything pops up sooner with him.

- Caller Oh, sorry love. Is that still on my care plan? I can never remember how many I've got left.
- yumee Yep, still on your care plan. After this one, you'll have used four of your five sessions for the year, so you'll have one left. Your GP's referral is on file, and on the day, you'll just pay the forty six sixty gap, and we do the Medicare rebate on the spot.
- Caller Uhm. Oh, okay, that's clear, thank you.
- yumee You're welcome, Margaret. Give your grandkids a big cuddle from me, won't you? And I hope that knee behaves itself till Monday.
- Caller [laugh] Ah, I hope so too. No, that's everything, you've been wonderful, thank you, love. Bye.
- yumee Bye, Margaret. Take care.

Questions clinic owners actually ask.
Will it sound like a robot to my patients?
Test calls on your own clinic's data are part of the plan for launch. Call it yourself, be difficult, and decide before you put it in front of a patient.
What if it books the wrong thing?
It will book only from your live calendar and your rules, summarise every call, and run a config check before a clinic takes its first real patient call.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You will keep your number and forward it, after hours only, or all the time, or just when reception is busy. Turn it off whenever you like.
When does it launch?
Not until the first practice management integration is finished and tested, and we are not putting a date on it. The waitlist is how you hear first.
What does joining the waitlist do?
A confirmation lands straight away, then one email when Yumee opens. No card, and an unsubscribe link on both.
How will patient data be handled?
Patient details are kept out of our logs and our analytics by design, call recording is off by default, and call transcripts are deleted after 30 days along with the caller's number.
Someone's calling your clinic tonight.
Yumee is in build. Join the waitlist and you'll hear the moment it opens.
